At Mode Fashion, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase for processing your return.

We'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your package. Please ensure to request a return authorization before shipping the item back to us.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us immediately. We'll promptly address the issue and make it right.

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return their orders without providing any justification. The same return conditions apply, including the item's original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
